Special
conditions. The
prices mentioned in this catalogue, for all the program organized by
SIEM REAP INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, are net in American Dollars and given
as information only. They are subject to change at any time, due to
change in exchange rates, etc...
Prices include the
accommodation with breakfast, all meals in local restaurants according
to programme, all land transfers and transport in air-conditioned vehicle,
the bus ticket Siem Reap / Phnom Penh or vice-versa according to tour,
the boat ticket Phnom Penh / Chau Doc according to tour, the boat ticket
Siem Reap / Battambang according to tour, all visit fees according to
programme, the services of a graduated local guide according to programme,
the bottled water and refreshing towelettes during sightseeing at Angkor.
Prices do not include
the visa,
all drinks at hotels and restaurants, all flights, all airport taxes,
the individual insurance, the personal expenses
and exceptional expenses due to fortuitous events,
the tips and all expenses not clearly mentioned in the <included>
section,
personal expenses.
Cancellation
by customer.
In event of cancellation and no show of confirmed arrangements, the
cancellation fee will be charged as follow:

Over
30 days before arrival date in Cambodia: 40 usd/person
From 30 days until 21 days before arrival date: 20% of the total
amount.
From 20 days until 08 days before arrival date: 50% of the total
amount.
From 07 days until 02 days before arrival date: 70% of the total
amount.
Less than 02 days before arrival date : 90% of the total amount.
No show at the arrival date in Cambodia : 100% of the total amount.

Liability.
SIEM
REAP INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or
damage, caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other event.
Additional expense incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster,
political action... must be borne by the client..
Reservation
fees. If
only hotel reservation plus transfers, 25 usd will be charged as reservation
fee per booking.
Insurance.
For
your security, it is recommended to take out an insurance contract before
travelling.
