in Siem Reap.

Payment. Total prepayment by bank remittance, bank certified cheque must be received at least 20 days before starting of services, at the credit of:

Special conditions. The prices mentioned in this catalogue, for all the program organized by SIEM REAP INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL, are net in American Dollars and given as information only. They are subject to change at any time, due to change in exchange rates, etc...
Prices include accommodation, full board, transport in a/c vehicle, all road transfers, English, French... speaking tourist guide, entrance fees at the sites.
Prices do not include visa, flights, int'l and domestic Airport taxes, drinks, personal expenses and exceptional expenses due to fortuitous events, insurance.

Cancellation by customer. In event of cancellation and no show of confirmed arrangements, the cancellation fee will be charged as follow:

Over 30 days before arrival date in Cambodia: 40 usd/person
From 30 days until 21 days before arrival date: 20% of the total amount.
From 20 days until 08 days before arrival date: 50% of the total amount.
From 07 days until 02 days before arrival date: 70% of the total amount.
Less than 02 days before arrival date : 90% of the total amount.
No show at the arrival date in Cambodia : 100% of the total amount.


Liability. SIEM REAP INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other event. Additional expense incurred due to delay, accident, natural disaster, political action... must be borne by the client..

Reservation fees. If only hotel reservation, 25 usd will be charged as reservation fee per booking.

Insurance. For your security, it is recommended to take out an insurance contract before travelling.
